Following the success of Sunshine City 'ArtDécor' Apartment, E1 'Romantic' Ciputra Apartment marks another milestone for P8A in interior design within this prestigious area. With this project, we introduce a breath of fresh air—the 'France Country' style, characterized by its rustic charm and gentle elegance. Although this was our first opportunity to fully manifest this aesthetic, it is a style we have spent years researching. E1 was a daring creative venture, yet it resulted in an unexpected triumph. Our greatest achievement here was successfully translating the soul of a spacious countryside manor into the limited footprint of a modern apartment, without losing its authentic rustic spirit.
This apartment is a labor of love, a collaborative masterpiece between our architects, engineers, and the homeowner. Every step was executed with scientific precision, from the fundamental floor plan restructuring to the meticulous selection of materials, paint tones, and lighting. Even the smallest details—a ceramic bowl, a flower, or a candle—were chosen with care to transform an aged Ciputra residence into the most coveted living space in the area.
The layout features a seamless flow, interconnected by subtle transition spaces. Signature arched doorways were cleverly adapted from the original structure to create a flexible, refreshed environment. We have successfully redefined the standard of Ciputra living, shifting from 'spacious yet lacking' to 'perfectly complete.' It is a space that is airy yet functional, scientifically organized, and bathed in natural light—fulfilling every need and more.
Despite the inherent structural limitations of apartment living, E1 stands as a flagship project, setting the benchmark for P8A’s signature “French Country” style.
